Roll crusher (double roll crusher) is composed of the roller, support bearings, pressed and regulation devices and drive components. It is also named teeth roll crusher or roller crusher. Roll crusher (or roller crusher) is used for middle crushing and fine crushing of all kinds of ores and rocks under mid-hardness in mine, chemical industry, cement, building materials and other industrial sections. Coal plants also use roller crushers (either single roll or double roll) as primary crushers. Usually, these crushers will have teeth or raised forms on the face of the roll. Roll crushers used for minerals and metal ores have smooth faced rolls. The two rolls make the particle between them enter into the ever smaller gap area, and be crushed by the compressive forces of rotating rolls. Some major advantages of roll crushers are fine product size distribution and very little dust or fines.

Some Matters Need Attention about Double Roll Crusher

1. Make sure magnetic separator to work. If non-crushing material (such as solder and class materials) falls into the roller crusher, it will result in parking accident. It should not be used in crushing iron device.

2. The viscous material is easy to plug the crushing space. Under this circumstance, we should stop the machine at once and remove the material.

3. When the material is more, the crusher will squeeze extra material automatically to prevent injuries or damage to equipment.

4. After roll crushers running a long time, we need to repair or replace the wearing roll to avoid the loosing of small particle size.

5. Enhancing the roll crusher parts inspection, fill the crusher lubrication oil on time, keep the equipment in well lubricated condition.
