Wet Magnetic Separator:

Wet magnetic separator is based on customers for their valuable advice and I sum up the experience of developed production of a new generation of magnetic separation equipment. This machine is designed for wet magnetic separation of not only magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite and other materials, but also coal, non-metallic minerals, building materials and iron ore.

Structure: The wet magnetic separator in the separating equipment is mainly made up of 6 parts of the cylinder, the magnetic rollers, the brush roller, magnetic department, tub, transmission parts. The cylinder is welded by the corrosion resistant plate of 2 to 3mm. The hat is made of the cast aluminum, connected by the corrosion resistant bolts on the bottom plate of the magnet yoke. The engine with the reduction machine or the steeples speed regulation engine drives the cylinder, the magnetic cylinder roller and the brush roller to rotating. The magnetic system is an open magnetic system, installing in the cylinder. The magnets with stainless steel bolts are fixed on the bottom of the magnetic yoke, with the axis of the magnetic yoke stretching out of the cylinder and the connecting lever fixed on the end of the axis. The magnetic deflection can be adjusted by pulling the connecting lever. After adjusting, the deflection can be fixed by the levers.

Magnetic Drum Separator:

Magnetic drum separators are important magnetic separators that remove ferrous metal from dry bulk products in free-flowing processing systems. They are self cleaning unit consisting of drums and housing normally of stainless steel. The magnets used by the magnetic drum separators are either ceramic magnets or rare earth magnets. The magnetic drum separators are available both in single or double drum configuration.
