What Inspections do Sand Makers need Before They Leave the Factory?
The sand makers will be tested for eight hours before they leave the factory, which ensures the normal operation to deliver. So how to test the quality of the sand maker, Henan Hongxing introduces some methods to the users.
Dry Run of Sand Maker:
When the machine is in the process of dry run, the machine can operate continuously more than 2 hours. At the same time, the temperature of the bearing cannot exceed30℃,and the machine keeps stable and have no abnormal voice. As long as those conditions are satisfied, those can guarantee standard quality, especially for the sets of sand making plant.
Load Operation of Sand maker
The sand maker can run load operation on the basis of dry run. Load operation is operated more than 8 hours continuously to test the discharging granularity of the material and production standard. and the temperature of the bearing is below 35℃,which can ensure stable performance of the machine ,no violent vibration, tightparts, gooaling and have no leakage.
