What Factors are Needful in Preheating of Rotary Kiln?

To ensure the uniform raw material of rotary kiln and the high-quality clinker, it is needful to preheat evenly raw material; if the raw material to be grinded is not even, any advanced technical equipment is unmeaning for rotary kiln. Many enterprises produced high-quality cement focus on the preheating of the raw material.

Limestone of Rotary Kiln:

1. The first thing that we should do is to analyze the mining material, to master the depth of the mining layer, savor of the mining stone and the changing principle in the process of mining developing and exploring; the second is to accumulate the savor of mining in every step of mining exploring, and to balance the quality of the mining stone in order to boost the speed of the producing and to strictly cooperate with the mining materials; the third is to analyze the result relying on the sample of drill hole and to rectify the savor accumulated in order to provide the reliable database for the allocating mining material and to adjust the mining material at the same time.

2. Rotary kiln is preheated, which ensure the heat budget is that about ±200kcal/kg; Ash content is about 2%.and the clay to be preheated is between ±1.5% and ± 1.0% of sio2 and AL2O3.
