The Working Principle and Application and Artificial Sand Maker

Artificial sand is sand manufactured by equipment, and the main working principle of artificial sand making machine is a process of “stone impacting stone” and "stone impacting iron" inside the new type of sand maker to turn stone into sand. To solve the problem of stone powder in the artificial sand, people learnt from the principle of rive making sand and manufactured sand washer, through which mud powder can be washed away from the sand, thus making artificial sand reach the standard of building sand, and this sand making method is called wet type production line.

4. Fine crushing before powder grinding in the mining industry and material crushing in building material, metallurgy, chemistry, mine, refractory, cement and abrasive material industry.

5. The production of glass, silica sand and other high purity materials.
