The Regular Inspection and Maintenance of Drying Machine

Drying machine is a kind of commonly used mining equipment, which has been widely applied to various mineral processing industry, refractory industry, medicine industry, agriculture industry and so on. Drying machine equipment is one of the necessary equipment for drying raw material in the production lines. 1. The bearing: bearing is one of the most important parts of drying machine. The operating load of the drying machine is basically undertaken by the bearing. The lubricating oil quality can directly affect the service life and the operation rate of the machine. Drying parts of the bearing part should be conducted the regular quantitative injection of butter or lubricant to ensure its normal use. For bearings and other moving parts, the filling of lubricating oil or lubricating oil injection must be clean, and the seal must be in good condition to reduce friction.

2. The screws and the power switch control: the real-time inspection for each part of drying machine to check whether the bolt has loose phenomenon, whether its host barn door is fastened, and whether the power line configuration and control switch complies with the requirements of normal operation.

3. The dryer inlet and outlet par: regularly check the discharge port, whether it blocks material or the presence of the impurity caused by feeding difficulties. The feed port requires uniform feeding, and it is strictly prohibited to the fierce heap and a series of illegal operation.

4. The gear section of drying machine. The gear part of drying machine is the key parts of the machine, because gear is the key for power transmission. So we often need to conduct the dryer gear maintenance, regular inspection and rust removing operations. If the thickness of gear tooth wears about 30% , 0.5 modules or the rim has unrecoverable damage, it needs to be replaced or repaired.
