The main reason which the jaw crusher bearings are damaged is to form a ladder-like sleeve in use for some time, which resulted the bearing end is on top of the ladder when the sleeve has not been set tight, so that the sleeve and shaft cannot be completely work closely with. Henan Hongxing gives recommendations when removing solder joints can be rubbed off. Only in accordance with the following method, should bearing life be significantly extended for more than a year. Maintenance as follows:

1.Higher ladder position is rubbed off with a ruler placed on the watch no light shall prevail.

2.Cutting the bearing sets big end by 8-10 cm.

3.Damaged if the eccentric shaft thread, you cannot tighten the nut. You can use steel plate that is thick 16mm to lathe a ring, the inner diameter of the ring and bearing small end diameter, outside diameter is the same with nut cylindrical bearing.

4.Ring, nut, bearing assembly is complete, the ring axis divided into 6:00 symmetrical welding, each weld 20mm. You must pay attention to that the welding needs to be interrupted, not bearing excessive heat.

5.The nut should tighten ring so that the bearing sleeve can move backwards and the shaft can be fasten.

6.Ring and bearing nut should be welded by equipartition 2:00 welding, weld length 10mm appropriate.
