The Analysis of Structure Factors of Jaw Crusher
The structure factors of jaw crusher refer to structure parameters of crushing chamber. The crushing chamber has a decisive influence on the product granularity in stable operating performance. The length of parallel area and the size of closed discharging mouth are designed by the customers' demand for product granularity, which plays a key role in the productivity of jaw crusher. The length of parallel area is longer and the size of closed discharging mouth is smaller, and which can improve the product granularity but cause productivity dip; otherwise the productivity of jaw crusher can improve. Therefore, using the optimal length of parallel area and the suitable width of closed discharging mouth is very important in the certain parameters of operating performance.
The nip angle of crushing chamber has a critical influence on materials crushing effect. In order to achieve a fine crushing effect, the nip angle of crushing chamber reaches a minimum size, meanwhile the size of closed discharging feed should be ensured. Otherwise the height of crushing chamber increases the weight of jaw crusher increases.
The air current of moving hammer increases, which is conductive to enter into crushing chamber by free-falling way, and the productivity of jaw crusher rises, however the product granularity can't be guaranteed; Whereas the product granularity decreases.
The height of frame is as the suspension point between extension cord of moving hammer and the center of intersection point of jaw crusher. The suspension height is from suspension point to the vertical distance of discharging feed. For the size of discharging feed, we select it according to national standard of spring cone crusher.
