Some Factors Affecting Sand and Gravel Aggregate

4. Open and closed circulation: in the secondary crushing process, circulation is divided into open circulation and closed circulation. Open circulation is the first screening after crushing, which refers to that the primary broken material is screened by vibrating screen and enters into the feeder of the secondary crushing, so that the finished material production and flakiness content are increased. Closed circulation is the first crushing after screening, which refers to that the primary broken material enters into the secondary crushing feeder entirely and crushed, and then screened by vibrating screen. The entire system has no material loss, and the product of grain shape is better.

In addition, the right grain shape is larger than the discharge opening in accordance with the finished material particle size. Discharge opening is larger than the particle size which is lower than that discharge opening is less than flakiness content. This is because when discharge opening with the same as feeder is small, the ration of reduction is large, so the particle shape appears variation.
