Crusher equipment is one of the main equipment in mining industry; because crusher relies on the huge impact to realize the crushing of the material, it is very easy to damage the crusher in the whole process. If you want to minimize the wear of the crusher, you need to add lubricant to the crusher periodically. However, adding the lubricant also has a knack. If you did not add it properly, not only can not reduce the wear of the crusher, but also will damage the machine. How can we add the lubricant to the crusher properly? The lubricant that added to the crusher cannot be too much or too little. If the lubricant added to the machine is too much, the momentum generated by the motor will not be able to be well conducted to the pulverizing part of the crusher. But this part of the force will acting on the lubricant which makes the lubricant hotter. The accumulation of the heat in the machine will damage the machine. If the lubricant added to the machine is too little, the internal parts of the crusher will rub against each other and cause damage.

Based on the experience of the maintenance of the crusher, the lubricant that added to the crusher is one-third of the inside space of the machine which is the most appropriate position. We should also notice that before adding the lubricant you should be sure that the added port of the machine is clean. If the dusts fall into the lubricant, it will damage the machine; this is because the dust will increase the wear between the internal parts.
