Main Classifications and Features of China Cement Mills

The Main Classifications and Features of China Cement Mills:
(1) Common cement mill
Common cement making machine is generally used in circle grinding system and it has high grinding efficiency, high output and low electricity consumption. Especially when grinding slag cement, it has more outstanding performance. Compared with ordinary grinding plant, the output of common cement mill is improved by 15-20%, the electricity consumption is reduced by about 10%. In addition, the temperature of final products can be reduced by 20-40℃ and the product fineness is easy to be adjusted.
(2) Fine and high-yield cement mill
Fine and high-yield cement mill is mainly used in open-circuit grinding system and it has such features as simple technical process, less investment and small floor space. In the structure of the grinding plant, it adopts advanced inside-separation special partition device and the fine grinding cabin is equipped with activated device. On the tail of the grinder, there is special discharging grate bar which reduces the size of the grinding media inside the grinding cabin as much as possible and greatly improves grinding efficiency of fine and high-yield China cement mill and reaches the goal of high output and low energy consumption.
