1. Set up a team for the equipment management in the workshop with workshop manager as the team leader, technician as vice group leader and section chief and maintenance shift leader as members, regularly check the lubrication and maintenance of the equipment at all working stages inside the workshop every Wednesday.

2. Establish and improve the equipment management regulations.

3. Strictly carry out point inspection and regular repair on the equipment. The workshop should implement secondary point inspection regulation, and all workers and checking workers should be responsible for the daily point inspection work of the equipment in their area, and if any problems rise, timely solve them. The crushing workshop section should carry out everyday periodical repair and the gangue workshop section, filter station and two-shipper equipment should arrange examination and repair by themselves under the condition of not influencing the production, and the stand-alone equipment can only be periodically repaired in the grinding and dressing workshop section. Generally speaking, the stand-alone equipment cannot be stopped for examination independently to ensure the operation efficiency of the equipment.

4. Strengthen the lubrication management of the equipment. Strictly enforce the requirement of “Five Regulars” (Regular person, regular place, regular time, regular quality and regular amount). Lubrication work is the key to ensuring the normal work of the ore beneficiation equipment. Good lubrication work can reduce the abrasion of the equipment, thus reducing cost.

5. Make a good job of overhaul and medium maintenance work of the equipment in the workshop.

6. Improve the degree of self-sufficiency of spare parts.

Reinforce the reutilization degree of used parts and carry out market accounting pattern, and add sawing machine and air hammer in the workshop.

7. Establish and improve the standing book of equipment management. Set up running record and examination record and well preserve the good basic materials, which can provide powerful guarantee for equipment management.
