(1) All the hammer crushers in domestic market adopt two types of bearings, deep groove ball bearing and self-aligning roller bearing. As hammer crusher machine runs with high rotating speed, there is a certain vibration. No matter what kind of bearing, the bearing and the shaft and the bearing and the bearing pedestal must be balanced, otherwise, the bearings will be damaged due to over high temperature rise caused by high speed rotation and big resistance.

(2) Due to the using features of hammering machine, static balance is crucial. (3) When assembling hammering machine, the rotors and the box should be symmetrical, otherwise the resistance on both sides may be different or one side has serious material blockage, which may cause the bearing on one side or two sides to become warm and the bearings will be easy to be damaged. When serious, not only the bearings may be easy to be damaged but the motor may be damaged due to big resistance and high current. In addition, according to the raw materials and the technical requirement, adjust the working parts including hammers and screening part. That big gap and big screen holes are suitable for coarse crushing, but fine crushing is just contrary.

(4) When assembling hammer crusher machine, the operators must develop good assembling habit, or there should be strict regulation to ensure normal assembling to ensure stable quality. The workers should choose the bearings with the optimum inner bore size to match the bearing journal and the partition board with the optimum inner bore size tolerance to match the relevant part, and take a careful record on the fit tolerance of all the spare parts and file them to this hammer crusher machine for the reference of the future maintenance and part sales.
