Daily Maintenance Skills of the Dryer

The first common problem is that the dried materials do not meet the requirements of regulation moisture. To solve this kind of situation, the simplest method is to control the production capacity of the dryer and then increase or reduce the supply quantity of heater.

The second common problem is that the rolling ring appears swing phenomenon. This phenomenon occurs because the concave joint side of the rolling ring is not tight; the solution is to intensify slightly, but not too tight which will cause accident easily.

The third common problem is the space between big gear and small gear is destroyed. This happens usually have three reasons, First, the riding wheel is wearing; second, the catch wheel is wearing; third, the pinion is wearing. The way to solve this situation is to analyze the wearing situation. If serious, it should be replaced; if not serious, as long as install it reversely.

The last common problem is the vibrating of the dryer cylinder.  Usually, there are two reasons for this situation. The first reason is the connection between jockey pulley of the equipment and the base were destroyed, if that's the case, you just need to reinforce it; the second is the profile of rolling ring appears wearing phenomenon. The way to solve this situation is to analyze the wearing situation. If not serious, just turning it; if serious, you should to change the wearing parts.
