A Brief Introduction to the Working Mode of Crushing Equipment

Nowadays, there are many kinds of crushers and the type of the crusher is diversified. The technology and the quality of the crushing equipment in the market are different, but the crushing mode of the crushing machine is similar. In general, there are five kinds of crushing mode:

1. Crush: Crush is that put the material in the middle of two extruded surface and apply the force on the surface to achieve the purpose of crushing the material. The advantage of this approach is that: with the greater force, the material will receive severe squeeze.

2. Grind: Through the relative movement of the acting surface, it will generate the shearing force to achieve the crushing effect. But it only suitable for crushing some small sized materials.

3. Break off: It refers to break the material and using sand making equipment for further crushing. The advantage is that in addition to the splitting force, the material also being crushed by the bending force.

4. Hack: In order to use this method, we should place the mineral on a plane, and then use a sharp hard object to hack the material. This process is similar to hack the firewood with an ax. The force focused on one point, and the material will partial crush. This method uses less force to crush the material that with the same hardness.

5. Impact: Impact sand maker is the model of this broken. The material will speed up with the help of the impeller, and then it will strike on the liner and instantly complete the entire crushing process.
